  1. I enjoyed your review of the “Universal Fantasy” tarot, which is “wild and wonderful” as they say of West Virginia near here. I wonder what your take is on the “Original Waite” with its blue-green skies and dotted colors and lily-rose backs? Best wishes for your fun and informative blog.

    Sorry for the delayed response – I’m not getting much blogging time at the moment!
    I like the Original Rider Waite. It’s possibly the only RWS I do like. The muted hues are much more pleasing to my eye than the brash yellows of other versions. And the dotted printing is soothingly nostalgic – like the comic books of my formative years. :)
